"Cancer DNA"
Please go to google, type "cancer DNA". Read the first hit dated "10 Nov 2009 ... ". Actually it is not a hit. It is a google add, a commercial. In the social media world, the type, the quality of the test you are selling does not matter. All counts is that whether your domain names, your keywords are simple and popular enough ?
Everybody hears about cancer. I said "hears" and did not say "knows". As well as everybody "hears" about DNA. Again, I am not saying everybody "knows" about DNA.
These keywords put the site high up in the google index. You click, read and buy. What matters is whether it sells or not.
This is just a case study. Unfortunately, that is the case with most of the drugs on the market.
Swine flu is the best example. You do not need to know how the vaccine functions, how effective it is.
What solves the problem is the well choosen keywords for mass-marketing.
In the social media era it doesn't matter how well you spreak, how articulate you are or what you talk about.
The higher you shout the more it will be heard and the better it is for your sales.
