Being a Principal Investigator (PI) and leading a scientific research team is an art. A true art of science. One needs to have a strong scientific background that is only obtained through years of extensive training and a clear mind. On top, one should have extraordinary people skills to lead the collaboration of various teams.

According to WikiPedia Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) is a severe recessive X-linked form of muscular dystrophy characterized by rapid progression of muscle degeneration, eventually leading to loss of ambulation and death. The disease affects one in 3500 males, making it the most prevalent of muscular dystrophy. Even though the disease is the most prevalent one of the muscular hypertrophies, the 1/3500prevalance qualifies for a rare disease (prevalence < 1 / 1,500 people).

The discovery of 14,300-year-old feces in eastern Oregon's Paisley Cave provided the earliest direct evidence of humans ın the Americas. The feces were proof positive that humans lived in North America well before the Clovis people. Clovis people were considered to be the first inhabitants, around 12,000 years ago.

One version of the green fluorescent protein (GFP) is a 238amino acids (26.9 kDa) protein, isolated from the jellyfish Aequorea victoria that fluoresces green when exposed to blue light. It glows green. Its emission peak is at 509 nm which is in the lower green portion of the visible spectrum. The other version of GFP is from the sea pansy (Renilla reniformis).
